In the gamescom event arena, a colorful mix of entertainment and gaming events with numerous creators as well as mobile esports tournaments will provide entertainment throughout. At the gamescom city festival, music and gaming fans can expect numerous highlights on August 26 and 27, 2023, with Fritz Kalkbrenner and 2raumwohnung as top acts.

gamescom event arena with varied program

In addition to gamescom: Opening Night Live, which will welcome gaming fans live in Cologne and online on the evening of August 22, 2023, gamescom visitors can expect a varied entertainment program in the gamescom event arena from Friday to Sunday. On Friday, AMD will once again provide the atmosphere together with various creators. On Saturday and Sunday, ESL, Qualcomm and Samsung will bring Brawl Stars games of the "Snapdragon Pro Series" to Cologne.

Bundled into two days, ambitious and versatile: this is how the gamescom city festival presents itself in the city of Cologne at the end of this year's gamescom. On Saturday and Sunday, music fans will not only be offered the tried and tested mix of nationally renowned acts and up-and-coming musicians; this year, new formats will also celebrate their premiere. In addition to top musical acts, such as Fritz Kalkbrenner or 2raumwohnung, the additional stage program around games from the Chinese games company HoYoverse as well as the "ARTE Summer Tour" with a large participatory karaoke will make this year's gamescom city festival something very special.
