The Rondo map: Variety and new game mechanics

With version 3.7, PUBG Mobile gets its biggest map yet: Rondo. The 8x8 km environment combines modern and traditional architecture with varied locations such as Jadena City with neon lights, the bamboo forests of Bamboo and the floating restaurant landscape of Rin Jiang. There are also innovative mechanics such as escalators, moving walkways and destructible terrain that can be used for tactical maneuvers.

Players also have to be prepared for new challenges in Rondo. Two different flight routes provide varying entry points. An EMP zone temporarily disables electronic devices and vehicles, which changes the strategic approach. High-quality equipment is available in the protected Advanced Markets, albeit with increased combat costs. New weapons such as the JS9 machine gun and the Stun Gun expand the arsenal.

Golden Dynasty: Time manipulation and hidden treasures

The Golden Dynasty mode takes players to the opulent Gilded Palace, a floating fortress restored by the forces of time. The environment features branching halls, hidden treasures and a time mechanic system that opens up strategic possibilities. With the new Reversal Blade, past positions can be reset to restore health and energy or to loot chests again.

The sword can also be upgraded: In its final form, the Advanced Reversal Blade, it even enables self-revival. In addition, there are scattered Eminence Courtyards with puzzles and rewards that make the mode even more diverse.

Nostalgia zones and anniversary event

With the Classic Reminisce Zones, the update brings back nostalgic sections from the early days of PUBG Mobile. These areas, which are spread across Erangel and Livik, offer true-to-original map sections with classic vegetation, buildings and items. Reversal Fragments can also be collected there and exchanged for useful items.

There are special in-game events and rewards for the seven-year anniversary, including the exclusive ReversalBlade collectible. Another highlight is the return of Alan Walker to the game: His songs "On My Way" and "Faded" are available again, complemented by the new track "Dust". An Alan Walker themed map will also be introduced to World of Wonder, and a creative building competition with a prize fund of 54,500 US dollars will entice the community.

Other changes: Metro Royale, Home & Cycle 8 Season 23

Metro Royale receives new content with Chapter 25, including the Gilded Palace area, an underground dungeon and the Arena mode update "Team Deathmatch - Warehouse". Players can train in standardized or free modes without losing their equipment.

In Home mode, there are new villa styles, an anniversary event with free furniture sets and the mini-game "Find Four". Cycle 8 Season 23 also starts with fresh rewards and the Ultimate Royale event.

World of Wonder will be enhanced with optimized UI, new control options and an improved data center for creators.
