The Cloud Peak Estate in Flame City was once a center full of life, but when darkness fell upon it, the estate crumbled. The Cloud Peak Estate is full of surprises with its incredible and unique creatures, such as the cow-like Zyklox or the crystalline Darkness. It is not only home to spectacular creatures, but also to a new enemy. The golden crow that circles through this area was once a sign of good fortune, but was overcome by darkness and has since transformed into the dark abomination that is the Black Crow. The Black Crow wears bones for armor and has three folded bird heads. Along with its massive body, the heads attack in a coordinated manner in battle and pose a serious threat to all enemies.

Wanderers can also participate in the Jade Pavilion Faire, a brand new story. The people of Area 9 come together for the first time in 12 years to celebrate, decorate the village with lanterns, and enjoy the delicacies of the Flame City. Many swap stores await in the fair with a plethora of side missions for wanderers to discover, unlock and enjoy. The new simulacrum Ming Jing also makes his appearance with the expansion. Ming Jing is the first visitor to the outside world ever received by Area 9 and recently ascended to the position of Lord Xuanwu. With his greatsword, which very few can wield, Ming Jing manages to give the people of Area 9 an undeniable sense of security every time.

The launch of the expansion overlaps with Tower of Fantasy's grand 1-year anniversary celebration. Generous rewards and brand-new events await wanderers as Tower of Fantasy kicks off its journey into the next year.
