A brand new boss, Nan Yin, awaits wanderers in the Forbidden District. Nan Yin was once the leader of the Alabaster Guardians and has harnessed three different Darkness Crystamaxes, making her more powerful and unpredictable than any other creature of darkness in Area 9. Nan Yin is not the only boss hikers need to be wary of. Merbelle, a half-human, half-fish darkness, has claimed the icy lakes of the Hendeca district for her own. Wanderers can also expect cave and cliff dwellers, creatures reminiscent of bats, to stand in their way as they journey into the deepest parts of Swamp City.

Brand new gameplay in the Enforcement Field requires Wanderers to work together to gather resources and build the necessary defenses to defend against the darkness of Swamp City. Wanderers go into battle against the boss Xingtian and reap a wealth of rewards upon their triumph. Part 2 of "Swamp City at Frost", a new main mission, will also be unlocked with the V3.4 update. To thwart Nan Yin's plans and uncover the truth behind the doom of the Hendeca District, Ji Yu continues her investigation of the forbidden district. In her search for the crucial clue about the darkness buried in the snow, she ignites the Sky Furnace to clear the gloom in the sky over the Hendeca District. Beyond the abyss, the secret is revealed.

An epic battle is about to begin. To protect Area 9, Wanderers have no choice but to prepare and wait.
