PUBG Mobile is going prehistoric with the update to version 2.6, which introduces Dinoground from May 16 to June 1. Players should keep an eye out for dino villages in Erangel and Livik, which are full of supplies. Also, the king of dinos, Tyrannosaurus Rex, will randomly appear in the Settlements Fossil Keep during the match. Players must destroy the Keep's gates to release him and ride him.

The Primal Zone areas also appear randomly in Erangel and are full of vicious pterosaurs and velociraptors that become mounts when tamed. Both mounts have different attributes - velociraptors can adapt to different terrains and jump far, pterosaurs rise into the air and attack team members or enemies from above. A number of mini-games are available in Primal Zones that offer in-game rewards.

The Pterosaur Hoops Challenge requires aerial acrobatics from the winged dinosaurs. Players mount their pterosaur and fly through as many hoops as they can within a set time. The most skilled riders receive dino treasure supplies once they land again. Players should be on the lookout for dino treasures hidden on high platforms. With the Velociraptors' powerful leap, players should be able to collect them.

Version 2.6 also sees the expansion of the Creative Mode, World of Wonder. More players can now join in the fun and build what they want. A number of important improvements appear, turning player creations into true masterpieces. World of Wonder now also features a new template for multiplayer platformer races, with a variety of traps to put players' skills to the test.

Updates to Cycle 4 Season 12 will also appear with the new release, with additional content, rewards and cosmetic items. Royal Pass Ace, previously called Royal Pass Month, features new main rewards, Season missions, and an exciting backstory centered around Dinoground.

Players can also expect a partnership with a world-renowned motorcycle brand later in the update.
