Players can complete tasks assigned to them by Áedán during this event in order to advance in the event. For this, as well as for logging in daily, they will receive Triskele tokens. These tokens will open chests in the event window that contain various rewards. In addition, an icon next to each chest indicates how much molten metal will be poured into the mold for a magnificent sword to open the chest. Once players have opened enough chests to completely fill the mold, they get to pick up the grand prize: an evolution token for the Celtic Broch. The mold is then emptied again and players can fill it again to pick up more grand prizes. The evolution token can be used to build the Celtic Broch, an ancient, Iron Age tower that can be upgraded up to forty times and provides not only research points, but also random food, coins, or a barracks refill.

There are also special daily prizes to be won, including so-called "customizations" that temporarily give buildings in players` cities a Celtic appearance. However, these customizations are not only visual, but also increase the performance of the buildings by improving production or granting other bonuses. Players will also receive an extra reward for collecting all the customizations during the Celtic event.
