Thai event leads to the 16th century
09/19/2022 - With the new event, we introduce a queen who rode into battle on a war elephant and gave her life for her king. Suriyothai, queen and wife of King Maha Chakkraphat of Siam, needs the help of Rise of Cultures players on her journey through the beautiful land we know as Thailand.
Players must complete tasks set by Suriyothai in order to progress. Completing tasks awards flower coins, a special event currency that can be used to light lanterns, which in turn earn research points, puzzle pieces, customizations, a commander, or replenishments.
Lit lanterns offer the chance to win one of the daily prizes. These range from Thai customizations for buildings that can significantly improve production for a limited time, to the arrival of Queen Suriyothai herself on the battlefield as a temporary mercenary commander with extremely powerful healing abilities.
Once players have lit 30 lanterns, they will receive the grand prize: an evolution token for the Shrine of Retreat. These tokens are used to build the best reward of the Thai event: The Shrine of Contemplation. This unique building contains three secret chests filled with food, a random puzzle piece, and goods from the current and previous ages.
InnoGames always develops innovative events, and this exciting 16th century event is no exception. For example, it compensates for a lack of luck in winning a daily prize, thus guaranteeing that every player will receive one of the daily prizes sooner or later. With many brand new quests, players will have plenty to do and get to know another icon among the Asian rulers.
