G-Coins worth thousands of dollars for Epic Fails event
01/27/2022 - KRAFTON announced today that it is hosting an Epic Fails event. New and experienced players are encouraged to submit their favorite fail moments in the game via social media. This will give them a chance to win prizes such as in-game currency (G-Coin), the next survivor pass, and a real trophy that humorously commemorates their fails.
Now that the game is free-to-play, the PUBG Epic Fails event is a fun and engaging way to welcome new players to PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. Users can now participate in the event, which runs until Feb. 23 at 8 a.m.
Starting today, players are encouraged to share short video clips or screenshots of their most embarrassing or hilarious in-game moments via Twitter, Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #PUBGEpicFails. Each submission should also include the player`s nickname and preferred gaming platform (e.g. PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.). All entries must be made by February 23 at 8am for a chance to win. Full rules and regulations for the event are available here.
Opportunity to win and prizes
- A total of 22 winners will be randomly selected to receive 20,000 G-Coin, a 16.2 Survivor Pass and a real trophy.
- Another 100 winners will be selected as "Weekly Best" winners and will receive a random G-Coin box containing 500 to 50,000 G-Coin
- Winners will be announced by February 28
The PUBG Epic Fails event follows PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS`s recent switch to the free-to-play model. KRAFTON recently revealed that the game was the top-ranked game on Steam during its transition to free-to-play on January 12, 2022. This milestone was reached with more than 690,000 active players playing PUBG.
