The coming months will receive updates based directly on player feedback to reduce the grind and time it takes players to progress through the game. Players can thus look forward to the new jumpstart servers, Yoz's Jug (a consumable item that introduces a number of epic and legendary skins), as well as the Primal Island Battle Royale and many more exciting updates. Highlights include:

Adjustments to daily activities.

Based on feedback from current and past players, the August update features several changes to dailies to make them more fun and rewarding. For example, Chaos Dungeons will receive increased rewards such as maps, higher level gems, and more silver, as well as adjustments to enemy AI to reduce the time it takes to complete a dungeon. In addition, Guardian Raids will be adjusted once a day and rewards will be increased.

Jumpstart servers

Lost Ark is also introducing new servers that provide a fresh start for new or returning players. Players on the jumpstart servers will receive materials that offer faster vertical and horizontal progression. These include reinforcement materials, map packs and more. Jumpstart players will also receive a lot of free reinforcement materials in a special event store, allowing them to reach item level 1580 faster.

Primal Island Battle Royale

Players sail to Primal Island where they must fight, steal and survive against strong competitors in a Battle Royale event. Players land in an arena to compete against other players and hordes of dangerous dinosaurs to fight for victory.

Soul Eater Advanced Class

The Assassin subclass has a huge scythe that it uses to collect the souls of its opponents. The Soul Eater can attack in three different ways: with the scythe directly, by summoning the dead or by transforming into a Reaper.
