Kazeros raid and anniversary event: Lost Ark's new update is here

Lost Ark

01/22/2025 - The "Frosty Fate" update for Lost Ark will be released today, January 22, and brings extensive new features to the game. In addition to the second act of the Kazeros raid, players can look forward to the karma progression system, class 4 bracelets and the anniversary event "Festa of Arkesia".

With today's update, Lost Ark enters a new phase of its endgame. The focus is on the second act of the Kazeros raid, new progression systems and exciting rewards.

Kazeros Raid: Act 2

Starting today, players can tackle the second act of the Kazeros raid "Requiem of the Floating Nightmare". The raid requires 8 players to face Brelshaza and her forces on an icy battlefield. An item level of 1670 is required for normal mode and 1690 for hard mode. Players are supported by NPCs such as Jederico and Azena, who contribute special skills.

Karma progression system

The new Karma system allows players to further strengthen their characters by progressing through three skill trees - Evolution, Enlightenment and Leap. Advancement requires resources such as Shadows of Karma and Destiny Stones. By increasing ranks and levels, bonuses such as increased health, weapon power or damage can be unlocked.

Class 4 bracers

The new Class 4 bracelets give players additional options for customizing their characters. The bracelets can be earned in various activities such as the Kazeros Raid and offer powerful bonuses. Another new feature is the ability to customize or re-roll existing bonus effects.

When will the "Frosty Fate" update be released?
The update was released today, January 22. Maintenance began at 10:00 CET and lasted 5 hours.

What is the Kazeros Raid: Act 2?
The second act of the Kazeros raid is an 8-player raid with two portals that requires item levels from 1670 (normal) to 1690 (hard).
