The machinist is equipped with an arsenal of high-tech weapons and a drone. The latter can strike precisely from a distance and perform unique attacks. And when standard weapons and drone strikes aren't enough, the machinist can activate his identity skill and wrap himself in cutting-edge technology with hypersynchronization. Energy cores for the high-tech hypersync suit are recharged by successful attacks. When activated, skills consume Hypersync core energy until it is depleted.

The Machinist's skills are divided into four categories: Normal, Drone, Combo, and Sync. Normal skills revolve around the Machinist's high-tech arsenal of guns and grenades, all of which recharge the Hypersync battery. Drone skills exploit the drone in unique ways, with the firing of missiles and lasers and even baby drones for precise strikes from afar. Link skills have the machinist and drone working together to unleash powerful joint attacks. And Sync skills are especially powerful attacks with the high-tech suit that are only possible when Hypersync is active.

Like other advanced classes, the Machinist has two unique class engravings that enhance different aspects of the class. The "Heir of Evolution" class engraving focuses on hypersync mode and increases damage, shortens cooldowns, and restores core energy for maximum time spent in the high-tech suit. The class engraving "Arthetine Skill" improves another essential aspect of the class. It focuses on cooperation between the machinist and drone, improving drone and connection skills and increasing movement speed while the drone is docked to the machinist.

Starting September 28, fans will be able to try out the new Maschinist class in Lost Ark.
