Content update The Depths of Tharis Island announced for September
08/22/2022 - In Season 2, "The Depths of Tharis Island," players will soon be able to explore the mysterious Tharis Island, where many dangerous creatures lurk in the deep caverns, but also the most valuable materials of Fortuna III. But hidden in the depths is something completely different - something strange, mysterious, that will change the exploration of the planet forever...
The Depths of Tharis Island in The Cycle: Frontier launches on September 28, 2022 and opens the third and most difficult map of The Cycle: Frontier to date, Tharis Island. Already during the first Season, YAGER has introduced many important improvements, much of it based on feedback from the ever-growing, active community.
Along with the new area, a new secret end-game mechanic will also be brought into the game, allowing players to further customize their play style. Other improvements include more depth in battles as well as new Loot, Cosmetics and an improved Fortuna Pass.
The in-game event "The Cataclysm," which resets progress at the end of the season so that all players start the new season at the same level, begins in the last week of Season 1. Players' earned and purchased Aurum and Cosmetics remain unaffected.
