The stakes on Fortuna III are enormously dangerous, as the loot found on the planet must be defended against any kind of danger. Once you die, all your equipment and loot is left behind. Mistakes are quickly punished and cost you dearly, but every defeat is a lesson to learn from and improve. Players must be wary of bloodthirsty beasts, a deadly radioactive storm, and other greedy players armed to the teeth. In the process, the planet can be entered alone or with up to two other friends, but with a little luck and good negotiating sense, alliances with strangers can also arise.

On the home base, the Prospect Station, the resources gained can be used to improve the current equipment or buy new equipment. Here, the reputation with the factions can also be increased to unlock completely new combat options and suitable equipment for the next mission. The next surface mission is just a few clicks away and thanks to the continuous maps as well as near-instant matchmaking, there is always time for another drop to the planet Fortuna III.

What is The Cycle: Frontier?

The Cycle: Frontier is a free-to-play, tense FPS shooter that combines PvE and PvP. The goal is to complete missions on a deserted planet while defending yourself from hostile creatures and armed opponents.
