This mode will be available twice, from February 03 to 06 and from February 10 to 13. Players can expect exciting 7-vs-7 battles in which team members are assigned to random roles with special abilities and one player on each team becomes a boss.

Compared to each tank`s base stats, the boss receives 30% to the damage dealt and speed, 50% faster reload time and four times health points. Additionally, the bosses can push the enemies with their blast wave and they can deal damage to multiple vehicles in a row with the passive megashot ability. To give enemies any chance at all, bosses only respawn twice in combat.

The rest of the team has infinite respawns and randomly rotates through the various RPG-like roles each time they respawn: Regenerator, Catalyst, Bomber, and Graviton. These roles have unique active and passive abilities and each have up to five upgradeable levels that can be unlocked. Unlike their teammates, bosses remain in their role until the end of the game.

Killing a boss grants the team five points, and every other tank is worth one tank each. The team that earns 30 points first wins the match.

The boss battle mode can be played in any tier V through X tank. If a player does not already own a tank of these tiers, there is an order of completion between Jan. 27 and Feb. 13 that provides the T67 (an American Tier 5 fighter tank) as a reward, which players get to keep permanently.
