Update 1.11.2 brought Rune adjustments and fixes
The day before yesterday - Update 1.11.2 for THRONE AND LIBERTY was released on December 18, 2023. The server maintenance started at 6:30 a.m. UTC and lasted about seven hours. In addition to general bug fixes and adjustments to the rune system, well-known arena maps returned. Here is an overview of the most important changes in the update.
A key element of this update was the increase in the Abyss points limit. The cap was raised from 20,000 to 40,000 points, giving players more leeway. In addition, the specific Dimensional Token drops on Saurodoma Island were replaced with Dimensional Token Selection Chests to allow for more flexibility in rewards.
Fixed a dungeon matchmaking bug that caused an unintended penalty. Players who rejoined and left a dungeon after completing it will no longer receive a penalty. The weekly reset timer for Guild Raids has been corrected so that it occurs after weekly maintenance again. Incorrect reward indicators such as the Martial Medal Chests have also been removed.
Following player feedback, the Arena map rotation change introduced in Update 1.10.0 has been reversed. The previous map layouts have returned while work continues on the removed map. In addition, the missing Peryton Ferthur morph has been reintegrated into the morph menu.
The rune system has received extensive adjustments. After analyzing player feedback, the drop rates for runes from various sources have been increased. Runes can now also be found in Abyssal Dungeons and Guild Raids. Chaos runes dropped from Tier 5 in Dimensional Trials. Additionally, a bug that caused the Dissolve window to appear empty has been fixed.
The Startree Solstice event also received some bug fixes. The festival tree in Stonegard Castle accepted decorations again after a victory event. Various graphics and interface problems on the Xbox have also been fixed, including dark floor textures and a display error in the Winter Wonderland headpiece.
