THRONE AND LIBERTY update 1.6.0 is now available and brings technical improvements as well as exciting insights into new events such as the Tax Delivery and the Castle Siege event. The maintenance work took place on November 6 and lasted around two hours. The update focuses on stability enhancements as well as reviews of impressive player achievements since launch.

The Haunted Harvest Community Showcase was a huge success and the developers would like to thank everyone who took part. More showcases and competitions are planned for the future, which will take place via the THRONE AND LIBERTY Discord. The Discord server serves as a platform for Amazon Games to organize events, townhalls and AMAs and to interact with the community.

One highlight of the update is the new Tax Delivery Event. After all "First Defenders" have been selected, the ruling guilds can now plan a tax delivery event on their server. This event will take place between 14:00 and 1:00 local server time. The guilds have to escort a tax convoy from Vienta Village to Stoneguard Castle. If they succeed, they will receive generous rewards in the form of Lucent and Sollant. Should the transportation fail, however, the rewards will be divided among the attacking players.

During the event, the ruling guild will select a member to take on the role of the Tax Delivery Golem. This "Titan Cargo" has powerful abilities to fend off the attackers. However, the attacking guilds are also well equipped and have a variety of tactics at their disposal, including bomb carriers, barriers and the dreaded Chaos Golem.

The first Castle Siege event will start on November 17th. Attacking guilds will have 45 minutes to conquer the castle. Their goal is to break through the gates and occupy the throne room, while the defenders must hold their position with all available means. If the throne is still being contested at the end of the regular time, the event goes into an exciting three-minute overtime.

Strategically important locations such as the "Siege Ruins" play a central role. They not only serve as teleportation and revival points, but also allow the attacking guilds to summon powerful siege golems that bring unique abilities to the battlefield. Attackers must skillfully use the complex structure of the castle to launch surprise attacks and steal resources. Ultimately, only one thing matters: gaining control of the throne of Stoneguard Castle.
