Dynamic encounters in SWTOR

One of the most important new features is the dynamic encounters that will be introduced in Update 7.6. Players will have the opportunity to experience special missions on Hoth and Tatooine that rotate throughout the day and provide a variety of adventures. These encounters offer tasks ranging from rescuing escaped Bantha calves at the spaceport to defeating dangerous bosses. Special encounters, such as helping a cantina band that wants to go on tour again, are also included.

In addition to these encounters on the planets, players can take part in special invasions of the Hidden Chain. The forces of Heta Kol will attempt to secure resources on several planets. These encounters are only available for a limited time and challenge players to work together to fend off the Hidden Chain's attacks. All dynamic encounters can be played solo or in a group and offer unique rewards and achievements.

Propagator Core XR-53: New boss fight on Ilum

The second new content is the boss fight against the Propagator Core XR-53. This boss can be found on the planet Ilum, as it was part of the Emperor's fortress that crashed during the Battle of Ilum. The new boss fight will be available in Story Mode starting next week, while Veteran Mode will follow at a later date.

PTS incentives for participation

Players who try out the PTS can look forward to various incentives. Among other things, they can earn titles and mounts by participating in the dynamic encounters on Tatooine and Hoth. Players will receive special titles and mounts for completing 25 dynamic encounters with a Republic or Imperial character on both planets. Those who successfully complete all dynamic encounters will also receive the B1-SAL mini-pet droid as a reward, inspired by the Andor series.

There are also special titles to be won for the new boss fight against the Propagator Core XR-53, depending on whether the boss is defeated in story or veteran mode. The progress made can be tracked on the PTS, although the incentives will only be unlocked with the release of Update 7.6.

Opening of the PTS and livestream announcement

The PTS is now open and players can get their first glimpse of the dynamic encounters. The story mode for the Propagator Core XR-53 will be unlocked later this week, while the veteran mode will follow in the following weeks. In addition, there will be a livestream in November in which all the new features of the 7.6 update will be presented. Further content will then also be available on the PTS.
