New companions in battle: PUBG MOBILE cooperates with LINE FRIENDS

From today through March 3, players can experience the charming world of LINE FRIENDS with new in-game companions, items and sets specially designed for the Year of the Dragon.

PUBG MOBILE welcomes LINE FRIENDS for unique combat experiences

PUBG MOBILE has teamed up with world-renowned character brand LINE FRIENDS to bring players an exceptional experience. This month-long event, which begins today and runs through March 3, brings a breath of fresh air to the battlefield with a new in-game companion, themed items and sets created around the upcoming Year of the Dragon. LINE FRIENDS, originally launched in 2011 as stickers for the messenger app LINE, which has over 200 million users worldwide, has quickly become a global phenomenon. The characters, including BROWN, CONY and SALLY, are known for their entertaining personalities and adorable charm and have captured the hearts of fans worldwide.

New fashion meets battlefield strategy

PUBG MOBILE players can upgrade their play style with the cute companion LINE FRIENDS Buddy SALLY, the LINE FRIENDS Dragon SALLY Buddy Set, the LINE FRIENDS Dragon BROWN Set, the LINE FRIENDS Dragon CONY Set, the LINE FRIENDS CHOCO Clothing Set, the LINE FRIENDS LEONARD Raincoat Set and more. Plus the first in-game upgradeable IP-themed motorcycle, the LINE FRIENDS Lovey Dovey 2-seater motorcycle. These special LINE FRIENDS items promise to be a fun and fashionable addition to the PUBG MOBILE experience.

Additionally, PUBG MOBILE and LINE FRIENDS are introducing the brand new IP-themed Royale Pass event Prize Path. With a one-time expenditure of UC, players will activate the system, unlock missions to earn points, and claim special LINE FRIENDS rewards, including the motorcycle and set. Players can instantly claim the LINE FRIENDS Dragon BROWN Set and LINE FRIENDS Dragon BROWN Cover and earn even more special LINE FRIENDS rewards, such as avatars, avatar frames and player cards, by collecting specific items in the event.

Celebrate with LINE FRIENDS

In addition, PUBG MOBILE players can claim more LINE FRIENDS rewards by completing missions in the LINE FRIENDS Party event, available from today through February 8. This collaboration marks the second time PUBG MOBILE has partnered with LINE FRIENDS, after the first partnership in 2021 brought four weeks of themed limited-time events and challenges to the game.
