The war in the Pacific flares up in September!

09/13/2022 - Darkflow Software and Gaijin Entertainment announced today that Enlisted will be expanded with a Pacific campaign at the end of September. This will introduce the Imperial Japanese Army to the game and the combined infantry, ground vehicle and aircraft battles will now take place on the islands of the Pacific Ocean.
Players will even be able to experience the famous Guadalcanal battle - one of the places where the outcome of the entire Pacific War was decided. The Pacific campaign will include new weapons and vehicles, as well as new game mechanics that will make the experience even more authentic. Infantrymen, for example, will now be able to gather all their strength and "charge" forward with cold weapons in hand (such as katanas) and attack enemy positions vehemently. Such "banzai attacks" were often carried out by the Japanese army during the war.
As another iconic element of this war, Enlisted also makes use of Japanese shock mines, anti-tank weapons with a highly explosive charge. The soldier equipped with them must get as close as possible to the enemy tank to hit the target precisely, even if it costs him his own life. In addition, amphibious tanks help overcome numerous water obstacles, and phosphorus shells set enemy trenches on fire and smoke the enemy with toxic smoke. The update brings a total of dozens of new weapon types and vehicles (both Japanese and American) to the game.
The Pacific campaign will be available to all players for free. However, it is also possible to buy a special package that facilitates leveling up and includes premium squads. Users who pre-order the package will also receive exclusive cosmetic items.
