Red Bull Campus Clutch World Final: Venue and format revealed!

11/08/2022 - Red Bull Campus Clutch, the global VALORANT tournament for students, today announced details of its epic World Final, which will take place December 13-16 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The LAN finals, which will pit 50 teams against each other, will be broadcast live.
The tournament began this August with national qualifiers around the world and national finals to determine the best student team from each participating country. To date, over 4500 teams have participated in Red Bull Campus Clutch 2022, with 25,000 participants and over 300 national events. Teams around the world are now earning the right to step up and represent their college and country in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete in a live, professional-level event. Soon, only 50 teams will be left to travel directly to Brazil, Sao Paulo, to compete in this epic LAN final.
The Red Bull Campus Clutch World Final will take place from December 13-16, 2022, and the finals will be streamed live on Red Bull Twitch. The Estádio do Pacaembu, which has been used for several matches in the 1950 World Cup, will host 50 teams to open the tournament, which will be whittled down to eight after the first matches of the group stage on December 13-14. The remaining teams will compete in elimination matches, with the grand final to be held on December 16.
In addition to some of the best VALORANT students the world has to offer, fan-favorite commentators and analysts will be on hand to give fans the key moments as they happen. Iain Chambers and Loviel "Velly" Cardwell will be on the panel as veteran presenters, supported by experts Alex "Vansilli" Nguyen, Jessica "Jess" Bolden, Ethan "Sully" Tran, John Allen, Peter "Kremer3" Kremer and local legend Gustavo "Upmind" Franco Domingues.
For the winner, there's the spoils! The winning Red Bull Campus Clutch team will not only receive bragging rights, but also €20,000 and an exclusive VIP experience at a 2023 VALORANT Champions Tour event.
