SYNCED launches open beta on December 10

11/29/2022 - Publisher Level Infinite and developer NExT Studios today announced the open beta for the third-person shooter SYNCED. From December 10, 2022 to January 15, 2023, players will experience PvE and co-op gameplay for the first time. The beta is available for free to PC players via Steam or on the SYNCED website. Loot, shoot, more loot!

SYNCED is a rogue shooter set in a near future where nanotechnology is the backbone of civilization. After a catastrophe known as Collapse, nanomachines have turned against their creators. They devour humans to reproduce, transforming themselves into deadly nanos. In this apocalypse, players take on the role of a Runner, a group of brave soldiers of fortune who scour the Meridian in search of the valuable nano-energy substance Nerva. They join together in teams of three players and engage in PvE and PvP battles.

SYNCED offers a completely new experience in third-person shooter shooters, where players synchronize with deadly nanos and turn the enemy into an ally. The different nano classes - Crusher, Seer, Guardian and Suppressor - paired with the individual loadout and unique talents of the runners, allow for multiple possible combinations and tactical approaches.

Similar to classic looter shooters, Runners collect resources in PvE and PvP battles to develop their character. They also unlock powerful weapons and mods. This makes every battle unique. This "rogue-lite" influence sets SYNCED apart from comparable games.

So don't forget: It starts on December 10!
