The 3rd Anniversary events are presented by Arbiter, a character players already know from the tutorial. Not only does she offer gifts, events, and community challenges, but she also presents active and returning players with a personalized look back at their battles, progress, and achievements in RAID. All new players will have the chance to secure the Epic Champion Tallia, a talented mage from the Holy Order faction.
