Season 7: Heatwave launches with new features on August 2
07/26/2023 - The sun is shining brightly on Call of Duty: Mobile players:in as Season 7: Heatwave kicks off on August 2 at 2am CEST. Despite the summer theme, the season promises intense action, with the new multiplayer map "Seaside" and a new mode called "Escort," in which players must escort and protect a robot.
Season 7: Heatwave also features a sunny Battle Pass with 50 reward levels, including both free and premium content. New content includes new operators such as City Sleuth - Aim High, Ajax - Ice Cream Vendor, and Woods - Fun in the Sun, as well as the Striker 45 MP weapon and the Tactics Deployment operator skill. There are also weapon building plans, business cards, talismans, Call of Duty points and more to earn.
The new medium multiplayer map, Seaside, is a location from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 set in an idyllic Spanish town. The new Escort mode is a turn-based challenge where teams take turns escorting a robot to its destination and protecting it from attacks.
The Striker 45, first introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, is a powerful submachine gun with longer range than other models in its class. The new Tactical Deployment operator skill allows the team to rejoin the fight at the point of tactical deployment.
In addition to these main features, Season 7: Heatwave includes various game updates and improvements, new seasonal challenges, draws, a themed event and much more, both at the start of the season and during its run.
