Season 2 - Digital Dawn brings revised raid map and new events
02/14/2025 - On February 19, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. PT, Call of Duty: Mobile will enter its second season, known as "Digital Dawn". Players can look forward to a revamped raid multiplayer map, new weapons and themed events.
Revised raid map
After the last revision of the Standoff map, the development team is now focusing on another classic map: Raid. The luxurious mansion from the early days of Call of Duty: Mobile has been completely overhauled. The redesign includes improved textures, more realistic water and lighting effects and a new color scheme. Despite the visual modernization, the familiar layout remains the same.
New themed events
Season 2 marks the start of the Shiba Feichai event, where players can unlock dynamic weapon camouflages and other rewards. Starting February 28, several Ramadan-themed events will follow with daily login rewards, challenges and a swap store for exclusive items. Rewards include the M4 - Rainbow Plume weapon blueprint, the Zero - Azurine Dagger and the Charly - Feather and Plume Operator skin.
The Holi event will take place from March 6 to 26. By completing daily and weekly tasks such as completing matches, defeating opponents or dealing damage, players can collect color fragments. These can be exchanged for rewards such as Secret Caches, Battle Royale Camos or the Pharo - Color Spray.
Digital Dawn Battle Pass
The Digital Dawn Battle Pass offers both free and premium rewards. The free content includes the VLK Rogue shotgun, a mobile melee weapon with a large magazine, and the new Flash Strike grenade. This can penetrate surfaces and trigger a blinding effect behind them to disrupt enemies behind cover. Other rewards in the free tiers include various skins, weapon blueprints and Vault Coins.
Players with Premium access will also receive exclusive Operator skins such as Artery - Overwrite, Hudson - Shadow Agent, Blackjack - Black Hack and Umar Obi. Also included are state-of-the-art weapon blueprints, including the HVK-30 - Malware, SP-R 208 - Bot Sector, ICR-1 - Spyware, EM2 - Macro Virus and the VLK Rogue - Ransomware.
Season 2 Challenge Pass
Those who want to master challenges can dedicate themselves to the Season 2 Challenge Pass. By completing standard, special and elite missions, you can earn challenge tokens that can be redeemed in the exchange store. Available rewards include an off-road variant of the RC-XD and the PP19 Bizon - Shiny Cat.
New content in the store
Season 2 introduces new legendary weapon blueprints and operator skins. Highlights include the MG42 - Black Mirror, the Man-O-War - Doomfire Pulse and the QQ9 - Quantum Flash. The mythical Operator skin for Sophia will also remain available this season.
Another feature is the Secret Caches, which will continue in Season 2. Players can collect fragments daily to unlock legendary or mythical weapons over the course of several seasons.
