The key highlights for Season 1: Raid on Android and iOS:
New Maps
- Hacienda - The map Hacienda, which appeared for the first time in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, centers on the rural estate of a crime boss. There, the familiar fast-paced action gameplay of CoD: Mobile unfolds in a lush winery, boathouse, armory and fiercely competitive courtyard.
- Nuketown Temple - Later in Season 1, Nuketown appears as you`ve never experienced it before, with a new setting to celebrate the Moon New Year. The otherwise deserted location will move to a bustling city center with new props. The architecture of the map was also redesigned during the move. The chaotic pace that fans love Nuketown for remains unchanged, however.
New Events: Winter Wish and the Lunar New Year Puzzle
In the Winter Wish Event, players:inside can earmark the most desirable items from a selection, earning special tokens in successful missions to unlock their favorite items. As part of the Moon New Year Puzzle, players:inside earn additional tokens by solving exciting tasks.
New MP mode
At the end of January, players:inside can compete in a 10 versus 10 variant of the popular Kill Confirmed game mode. In terms of content, the designers have taken their cue from themes surrounding the Year of the Tiger. Instead of the usual tokens, players:inside collect red envelopes. The victorious operators can set off the traditional fireworks at the end to celebrate a new beginning. The red envelopes can also be exchanged for rewards such as cosmetic items and credits.
Battle Royale updates
The Isolated and Blackout maps are getting thematic and cosmetic updates to match the Moon New Year celebration. On Isolated, players:in will also be able to participate in a Snowboarding mini-game.
In addition to additional challenges, lucky draws, and bundles in the store, players:in can also look forward to more updates and enhancements throughout the season.
