Metal Fest, which kicks off on August 28, pays homage to the genre with exclusive voice-overs from Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine, James Lomenzo, Dirk Verbeuren, Kiko Loureiro and a range of in-game Megadeth items including tanks and ships, in-game missions, integrated songs and more.

The highlight of this collaboration is the inclusion of the band's iconic mascot, Vic Rattlehead, who will make his first appearance in video games with stunning 3D visuals and unique voice acting.

"It's the first time our images have been immortalized in video games! Plus, our mascot has been given his own roaring voice, adding even more metal mayhem to the games. We've made over 350 rousing voice recordings, and players will feel the thunder as we take command in battles. We've got tanks, we've got ships, and we're ready for Wargaming Metal Fest," said Dave Mustaine, Megadeth's frontman.

World of Tanks Modern Armor

August 29 - September 25, 2023

By completing challenges, players can unlock various Megadeth-themed rewards. Two new tanks inspired by the albums "Peace Sells...but Who's Buying?" and "The Sick, The Dying.... and the Dead!" will debut in the store. Vic Rattlehead will be joining as an exclusive 3D commander, while Dave Mustaine, James Lomenzo, Dirk Verbeuren and Kiko Loureiro will be added as 2D commanders, all with their own unique voice acting. Tank drivers will be able to enjoy two Megadeth songs ("Soldier On!" and "Peace Sells") in the Garage if they own the Megadeth tanks.

World of Tanks Blitz

World of Tanks Blitz players can get in on the action with a special Megadeth adventure that offers exclusive prizes. Among them are static and animated camouflage inspired by various Megadeth album covers, a unique tank skin for the Chieftain Mk. 6 inspired by the album "Peace Sells...but Who's Buying?", avatars and collectibles. An exact replica of Dave Mustaine's guitar adds a special atmosphere to the hangar as players engage in thrilling metal-inspired combat.

World of Warships PC

August 28 - September13 ,2023

World of Warships players can participate in special missions to receive exclusive captains. Dave Mustaine will be immortalized as a commander with his original voice, and Vic Rattlehead will also join the fray, issuing orders with his menacing voice. The final reward will be a powerful "Death Ray Patch" that will award the conquerors of the seas with real metal prestige.

In addition, two special packages will be available for the commanders. Players who purchased the "Megadeth: Set the Seas Afire" package will receive a bonus of the menacing "Rattlehead" ship inspired by the "Rust in Peace" album cover. When this ship is played, players will hear the famous "Tornado of Souls" song from the same album, making the battles even more intense.

World of Warships: Legends

August 28 - October 2, 2023

In World of Warships: Legends, players will be rewarded with the "Rattlehead" cruiser. While using it, captains can take on the form of both Dave and Vic as an additional reward. Also, players can get a patch and a flag with the band's logo and Vic's head to show their connection to the metal legends.
