As the team manager of your own racing team, you are equally responsible for all areas. Research, development, drivers and strategy are just a few examples of the areas you should coordinate. Skillful advancement of research turns many small adjusting screws further and quickly provides you with advantages that can catapult you forward.

Precision and attention to detail as in the premier class of racing: 80 player levels, five different racing classes and more than 25 race tracks provide plenty of variety and challenge to team boss and material, which can be driven to perfection by skillful management of the 150 components.

Provide efficient training of the driver and thus increase his strength. Buy or sell him in time, if the contract expires or is not to be renewed.

After reaching the Pro class, you play in another league and compete with a fixed group of other players. If successful, you advance to the next higher class. With each lap you drive, you get more important information to perfect the strategy. Victory depends on your decisions.
