Spring update brings customizations, new level and twitch drop event
03/27/2023 - The first content update 2023 for ArcheAge from Kakao Games and XLGames brings numerous improvements and revisions to the game to further enhance the player experience.
Kakao Games and XLGames are pleased to announce the first 2023 content update for ArcheAge. The spring update includes a wealth of improvements and redesigns to the game's content to further optimize the player experience.
Among the many changes in the update, two instances have been customized. The Hiram City case now combines Normal and Hard modes into a single, more compact option and is now accessible twice a week on Friday and Sunday. Thanks to a shortened duration and no transition to night, it is now easier to enter the Hiram City case. Skyfin Nest Arena, which was previously only available randomly, is now a separate instance. Rewards and rules, however, remain unchanged.
A new tier has been introduced for Brilliant Erenor accessories; Mythic or higher level Radiant Erenor accessories can now be turned into Brilliant with a Radiant or Blessed Erenor Awakening Scroll.
In addition to skill customization, improvements to Faction Activity Points will also be made in the Spring Update. These include a greater weighting of influence in Siege content directly related to faction activities, and longer Faction Activity Points for Raids. Points will no longer be visible to reduce manipulation by players intentionally giving up.
The Exile system has also been reworked, such as increased capacity to allow more players to be exiled. This should fix problems players were having when switching factions. Auctions now include a bidding system where players can compete for bargains.
As an added guild bonus, growth support items are now available in the Prestige Shop. After using such an item, an "effect zone" is created where guild members must be in order to receive buffs.
The spring update of ArcheAge offers many incentives for returning to Erenor. As a further incentive, a brand new Twitch Drop event starts today (until April 17). Players will have the chance to get coveted in-game items like Bound Labor Rechargers or Manastorm crystals. The longer you watch, the better the rewards become.
