Goodgame Big Farm is all about economic skills: harvested crops can be processed into animal feed in the mill, animals and produced goods can be sold, and fertilizer for the plantation can be obtained from the resulting animal dung. This, of course, requires a workforce for which living space must be available. On the other hand, the staff requires pleasant working conditions, because dissatisfied employees work worse and thus increase the operating costs. So there is a lot to think about, and planning is required.
