Game description

Constructionsim is a free browser game (construction simulator) in which the goal is to fulfill construction orders and thereby gain wealth. By means of research, costs and construction/production times of the construction simulator can be reduced. Buy the right amount of raw materials at the right time, sell them again at the right time and thereby take advantage of the fluctuations in the commodity market to stand up to the competition!

For the construction of buildings you need in Constructionsim not only financial capital, but also resources, such as wood. You have to get them on the market, process them on your company premises and finally use them for the construction of your commissioned real estate. So you`ll accompany the creation process of a property from the very first minute. With each built building, from the hut to the dwelling house everything is represented, you receive fresh capital, which you can invest again into larger projects.

Constructionsim uses some classical strategy elements, which are to be found otherwise rarely in restaurant simulations with similar setting, for example the research. You have the opportunity to improve your production or construction efficiency through targeted research. For example, you can increase the speed of your logistics or reduce the costs of certain production processes. This is especially useful because later construction projects in their scale require a lot of raw materials, time and money.
