Escaria presents itself visually flawless and invites you to build, research and tactics. With many new ideas and an innovative concept, the developers at INQNET have created a new type of strategy browser game.

Right at the start, you are given your own island in Escaria. This must be expanded and embellished. Of course, there is a small starter pack to make it easier for you to get started. A few resources in the form of food, wood and a small population that quickly expands. Now you can start to build up your economy and construct various buildings. Create arable fields for forest, grain and luxury goods. Then the well-being of your islanders is taken care of. Escaria later distinguishes between three races: Romans, Vikings and natives. The latter do not yet exist in the beta round.

You can see where your island has been on a sea map. Yes, the islands actually move across the sea. Trading stations are also marked on the map. These are important for trading resources with other players.

Island springs are an interesting element in Escaria. They generate new island parts at regular intervals. So if you stay near one of these springs for a while, you are bound to find a nice piece of land. You can also expand by attacking other island owners and conquering their land. To successfully carry out such a conquest campaign, you will of course need a fleet.

But remember that in Escaria, your island can also be the target of an attack. It is therefore better to send your ships on patrol. Of course, this browser game also features a guild system.

In addition to the usual ranking list of the best players, various awards are also presented every week. According to the developer, this gives players the opportunity to see which island lord has been the most skillful in Escaria.
