World of Warplanes is the new flight combat MMO action game set in the golden age of the military aviation industry. The game takes the armored warfare of World of Tanks creators, Wargaming, into the skies and puts the player in a never-ending conflict for air supremacy.

World of Warplanes is all about planes. Players can begin a virtual career as a pilot in various war zones around the world. Starting in the 1930s with simple biplanes to the Korean War in which jet aircraft ushered in the era of modern aviation.

World of Warplanes will offer a wide variety of aircraft, each unique in their effectiveness and handling. Spiritual pilots will have to choose between 3 main classes - single-engine light fighters, capable of engaging opponents in close combat, heavy attack fighters with deadly attacks and air-to-ground aircraft, feared by any ground target.

Each aircraft also supports different variations of ammunition types, engines and other important modules. The player`s task is to make the right choice and equip his aircraft optimally for the upcoming mission.
