Phoenix Browsergame
Game description
Phoenix is probably one of the oldest space browser games, and its uncomplicated gameplay makes it a good way for beginners in particular to familiarize themselves with this type of strategy game.
You start with a planet in the galaxy. To help you get started, you have a few resources at your disposal, which are best used to expand your mines. Metal, plastic and crystal are the raw materials that are needed in all areas of Phoenix. Also make sure to expand your energy plant, because without energy nothing works in space.
Once you have expanded your mines a little (at least to level 5, recommended), devote yourself to research. Well-developed research is important if you want to climb up the rankings. Of course, without a powerful fleet, you won't get any further in the browser game. There are 13 different types of spaceship in Phoenix (probes, cargo ships, warships, colony ships and invasion ships). To colonize more planets in Phoenix and thus expand your empire, you need a colony ship, for example. Cargo ships are important for transporting raw materials, especially at the beginning. When you finally feel ready to attack someone, you will need warships. Each player may colonize a maximum of 9 planets in Phoenix.
Of course, it is also possible (and advisable) to form alliances with other space emperors in Phoenix. After all, an alliance of several players is more powerful than one alone. You can see how you are doing in the game and what the competition is up to in the ranking list.
In the new version, not only the Orionans play a role, but also events such as meteorite swarms, space debris, unknown spaceships and more. Let yourself be surprised!
