Blizzard Entertainment has announced a unique Quick Find event for Overwatch that will only take place this weekend. The character Sombra is "hacking" the rules of the game, resulting in a number of adjustments to the game mode. The changes are designed to increase the pace of play and include shorter revive times, faster cargo movement and accelerated conquest phases. These event-specific modifications will apply for the duration of the weekend and offer players the opportunity to experience Overwatch in a different, more dynamic setting.

Specifically, this means that revives will only take 75% of the original time, cargo on escort and hybrid maps will move 60% faster, and taking over control points in various game modes will be significantly accelerated. The match duration will also be adjusted for the duration of the event.

This event represents a new variant of Quick Find and is part of Blizzard's efforts to innovate and diversify the basic gameplay of Quick Find. The basic balancing of the individual heroes remains untouched, with the focus instead on game strategies and the overall gameplay experience.
